I had already complimented the Webmaster on
the Executool site. Then I did my first transaction online and the goods
were delivered to my door in Durban less than 2 days after I made
payment. And the items were not everyday purchases, including a 6 piece

Compliments to Executool... My wife
purchased a few tools from Executool for my birthday. The parcel arrived
in Cape Town the very next morning on my birthday right in front of our
door after the order was placed. Around 9 o´clock while preparing to
leave for work, Berco Express stopped and delivered the parcel.
My wife says that I should thank Stefan le Hanie, a young lad working at
Executool for the exceptional knowledge and professional manner he
advised her.
I am very pleased with what I received and Stefan, you are a star! One
merely hears about such service in Europe and the USA, but right here in
South Africa, it is also possible. Executool, if there was a star rating

I orderd a Tormek T-7 from the Eastern
Cape. I spoke to Fanie over the phone around 16:00 on the Monday
afternoon. He immediately emailed me a Proforma Invoice. Since I was at
the same bank as Executool he processed the order and I recievd it the
next morning just after 11:00. That is impressive, I did not even have
to drive and thousand of kilometres overnight whoa! I will order again
soon!
