Executool offers Technical and a Repair Facilities for all Power Tools and Machinery brands sold by us. We prefer repair work being done by the supplier of the brand so that the repair work can be offered with a limited warranty. We can also offer on-site maintenance on your woodworking machinery. A call-out service is on the cards and will soon be offered. Small repair work on power tools i.e. like the change of brushes are done in our facility within 24 hours.

Other brands like Ryobi, DeWALT and DIY brands are sent to a subcontractor who will deal direct with you.

As we all desire knowledgeable technical people to work on our machines that bring in our bread and butter, we do our best to work in the time frames of the spare part availability from the suppliers. We have unfortunately no control over spare part availability that may cause delays in repair work. We however do our best to only deal with the best and known suppliers/brands.

In some instances, we employ technical specialists to handle repair work on complicated applications and CNC machines.
